A deposit of the first hour of service is required along with your phone #, preferred time block for Technician/Computerist level service, and notes on your situation.

Minimum 1 hour and prorated to the half hour. A session is done remotely or on site with limited travel radius.

This is not prorated. Will work remotely as needed but emphasis is on personal engagement. Travel to client’s location is available if transportation is arranged.
